Chad Kopitzke is the owner of NeXtGen Advantage, a forward-thinking talent management firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Chad is passionate about challenging the status quo to improve systems, build authentic relationships, and generate stronger results.

His affinity for HR began during a 12-year tenure at UW Oshkosh as the operations and internship manager for the Business Success Center, an innovative consulting arm of the university. There he placed over 700 interns with local businesses and discovered firsthand the challenges facing a multigenerational workforce - and how to solve them.

Chad established NextGen Advantage to help companies attract, motivate, and retain top talent through people-first methods that match workplace values with best-fit candidates based on both tangible and intangible assets.
